Ils sont venus, ils étaient tous là...
… les bénévoles, les exposants, et surtout les concurrents canins bien sûr.
« Le
bénévole donne du temps libre spontanément à une action qui l'intéresse
et qu'il souhaite encourager. » :
Telle est la définition officielle du dictionnaire et qui colle on ne
peut mieux à l’organisation de cette 142e exposition canine
de Metz !
Chez les scouts, tout le monde est bénévole – à la Société Canine de
Lorraine aussi.
Il n’y aura jamais assez de mots et de qualificatifs pour remercier les uns et les autres sans qui le succès de l’exposition canine de Metz ne rencontrerait pas le succès qu’elle connaît d’année en année.
La préparation d’une exposition commence plus de
365 jours à l’avance… il faut constituer le jury – international bien
sûr, inviter les juges, réserver le parc des expositions, préparer la
feuille d’engagement....
A J- 2 mois, les engagements commencent à affluer.
Ensuite, le compteur s’affole et ce jusqu’au dernier jour et les
préparatifs vont bon train.
Le Jour J, ce sont plus de 200 personnes qui œuvrent pour le bon
déroulement de l’exposition.
A eux tous, un grand merci
Les exposants
Ils sont nos « invités » et méritent toute notre attention. A Metz,
nous ne ménageons pas nos efforts pour bien les recevoir. De tout cœur,
nous vous félicitons pour votre fidélité, votre patience parfois et
votre courage. Bravo à vous tous !
Les chiens
Ils sont la raison d’exister de notre exposition. Nous mettons tout
en œuvre pour qu’ils puissent être accueillis et mis en valeur.
Et même si à la fin il n’y aura qu’un grand vainqueur, tous auront
participé. N’est-ce pas là finalement le principal ?

come, they are all here...
...The
volunteers, the exhibitors and the doggy competitors of course.
“A
volunteer is a person who performs or gives his services of his own free
will”.
This
is the official definition from the dictionary and it cannot stick
better to the way this 142nd dog show in Metz is organized!
With the scouts, everybody is a volunteer, it’s true also for the SCL.
There will never be enough words to thank those without whom the success of the dog show in Metz would not be met year after year.
The
preparation of an exhibition begins more than 365 days in advance ...
there is the panel of judges to invite - International of course, the
booking of the show grounds, the preparation of the entry form ....
On D-2 months, the entries begin to flow in.
Then, the counter goes crazy until the last day and the preparations
make good progress.
On D day,
there are more than 200 people who work for the success of the exhibition
To all of them, many thanks.
The
exhibitors
They are our guests and deserve all our care. In Metz, we spare no pain
to welcome them.
From the bottom of our heart, we congratulate you for your faithfulness,
your patience sometimes and your spirit. A big cheer for you all.
The dogs
They are the raison d’être of our show. We are doing everything possible
to welcome them and to show them to their advantage.
And even if at the end there will be only one winner, all will have
taken part. Isn’t it the main thing???
